Product Refund Policy

Purchaser may return a myIDKey for any reason within 15 days of initial purchase, verified by receipt. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. Arkami,Inc. will issue a credit back to the paying account of the original Purchaser covering the cost of the myIDkey device only.

Product Exchange Policy

Purchaser may return a non-functioning myIDKey device for exchange within 15 days of initial purchase, verified by receipt. Arkami,Inc. will ship to Purchaser a replacement device at our expense. To initiate a refund or exchange, please use the following form:
